Due to the nature of international shipping and limited stock availability, all orders are considered final once they are confirmed. We do not accept returns once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that you select the correct model and size before confirming your order.

We do not offer returns or refunds for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect performance or usability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order details

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement item or a partial refund where appropriate.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
