Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and shipped.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for all international orders is 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier conditions, customs processing, and seasonal demand. Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.


Tracking Information

 

When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.


Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays

 

Occasionally shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • courier delays
  • international logistics disruptions
  • high seasonal demand

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.


Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.


Packages in Transit

Orders that are still in transit are not considered lost.

Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the shipping carrier confirms that a package is lost.


Lost Packages

 

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
